Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Finance) to lead maintenance operations across a senior living community in Chandler, AZ. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure systems like HVAC, electrical and plumbing are well maintained to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance tasks and supervising staff.
• Valid State Driver's License required for vehicle travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff as applicable, including hiring and training.
• Directs workers engaged in maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the community.
• Oversees scheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency systems.
• Coordinates maintenance requests by residents for repairs in rooms and common areas.
• Ensures timely repairs and upkeep of vacated rooms, repainting, and carpet cleaning.
• Maintains facilities to comply with local and state codes and safety standards.
• Responds to resident or community emergencies as needed.
