Job summary

Brookdale Chandler is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community's maintenance operations and staff. You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry to ensure safety, quality care, and timely repairs of systems and facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience and a valid driver's license. You will coordinate resident requests, manage preventive maintenance, and uphold Brookdale’s standards for a safe, welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, including hiring, training and evaluating performance.
• Directs workers in maintenance and upkeep of interior and exterior areas, ensuring standards are met.
• Oversees scheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment and other systems.
• Coordinates resident maintenance requests and repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Maintains common areas and buildings, including painting and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Ensures safety and compliance with local codes and company policies.
