Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities team and own specific aspects of facilities project management delivery.
• Design and execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs for building assets and equipment.
• Implement an effective TPM program under site leadership guidance.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices, maintaining good vendor relationships.
