Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a manufacturing leader at our Torrance, CA site on a hybrid schedule with the first 90 days on-site. You will drive advanced manufacturing strategies, collaborate across functions, and support operational excellence while building a strong team.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/program management or integrated supply chain, with a Bachelor’s in a technical field. You will lead cost, quality, and throughput improvements and manage PMAP/DFMEA/PFMEA, APQP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 9+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• 5+ years of Engineering, Program Management or Integrated Supply Chain experience.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Core knowledge of manufacturing technologies including welding, brazing, machining, and additive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing techniques.
• Review designs for cost, quality, manufacturability, and yield.
• Manage IPDS items to meet goals and ensure PMAP/DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plan/PPAP artifacts are utilized.
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals.
• Drive IPDS adherence and manage CTO efforts and risk mitigation plans.
