Job summary

PCC Airframe in Garden Grove, California, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead all facility maintenance operations, ensuring safe, reliable manufacturing equipment, building systems, and plant infrastructure across a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to minimize downtime, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor maintenance staff to uphold OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with relevant facilities management knowledge.
• Minimum 5+ years in facilities maintenance within manufacturing.
• Leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all facility maintenance operations including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment, cranes, HVAC, electrical, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and vendor relationships to control costs.
• Coordinate capital projects from planning through execution.
