Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities, maintenance, or plant engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, facility operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, building infrastructure, and maintenance best practices.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
