Job summary

Qualifications

• All applicants must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive facilities management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or high‑tech environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing people, vendors, budgets, and facilities programs in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety) plus building codes, OSHA/EHS requirements, and facilities best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CMMS / facilities workflow systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team leadership and people management tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and timely work.
• Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for building systems.
• Manage on-site vendors and service providers; track performance against SLAs and budgets.
• Lead facilities projects from scope to close-out, including build-outs and space planning.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA/EHS, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain facilities documentation, asset records, and reporting metrics.
