Job summary

Sky Limit Systems in Orange County, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance, and EH&S within a complex manufacturing operation. The role focuses on improving reliability, developing teams, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The candidate will lead maintenance across multiple sites, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, manage capital projects, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance while collaborating with Operations,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities, maintenance, or plant engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, facility operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, building infrastructure, and maintenance best practices.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of facilities, maintenance, and EH&S operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Oversee facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to support production objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance and facilities personnel while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
