Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical systems engineering.
• Experience leading complex system integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, design, and integration for complex aerospace systems.
• Drive end-to-end systems engineering activities including requirements flow-down, design, verification, and validation.
• Provide technical leadership across control systems integration, test and development equipment, and field issue resolution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, program management, and stakeholders/customers.
• Ensure designs align with Honeywell Aerospace quality standards and industry best practices.
• Own technical problem-solving efforts and deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences.
• Support project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and performance targets are met.
