Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the Plant Operations department at our health campus. You will lead programs, ensure safe building operations and coordinate maintenance across grounds, equipment, and facilities.

The role demands ensuring resident safety, compliance with regulations, and effective team leadership. HVAC experience and a valid driver's license are highly valued; Kentucky applicants may require a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• Compliance with all state transportation regulations to ensure resident safety.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote residents' welfare.
• Conducts daily rounds to identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals and trains employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building and grounds and ensures grounds and facilities are neat, safe, and well-maintained.
