Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead the Plant Operations department at the Shelbyville health campus in Kentucky. You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance programs, ensuring the safe operation of the facility and support for resident well-being through reliable infrastructure.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, MSDS management, staff training, and coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance to keep grounds, buildings, and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation services

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of residents
• Conducts daily rounds to proactively identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals; trains employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building and grounds; maintains grounds, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
