Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise custodial/maintenance staff.
• Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and components.
• Prepare maintenance material lists for building systems.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with budgets and five-year capital plans to maximize resources.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage the department budget.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct work as required and licensed for.
• Maintain inventories of system supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate bid process for property maintenance purchases.
• Create and maintain an inventory of related assets.
