Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in facilities maintenance or related field is required.
• At least one year of experience maintaining large municipal or commercial buildings.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Back up the facilities director and oversee daily operations when absent.
• Assist with maintenance of building systems and equipment and coordinate with contractors.
• Manage work orders, inventories, and purchasing records.
