We are currently looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations and facility maintenance across four of our Arizona dealerships in Scottsdale. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small team that ensures our service areas, showrooms, and buildings are safe, clean, and operating at peak efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations across four dealership locations.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely, high-quality work.
  • Perform and supervise repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all locations.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for maintenance-related emergencies and troubleshooting.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency with tools, repair equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

This is a full-time position offering a Monday – Friday schedule; some weekends may be required on an as needed basis. This role oversee the facility maintenance of four Chapman dealerships located at the Scottsdale Auto Show. A work truck will be provided for use on Chapman property.
