As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your role will involve overseeing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. Your responsibilities include evaluating current and future projects, examining facility needs, assessing equipment requirements, identifying efficiency improvements, managing temperature and airflow systems, ensuring the proper functioning of facility systems, developing standard operating procedures, and establishing maintenance inspection and preventive programs.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
• Package details depend on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee sustainability initiatives and ensure EPA compliance.
• Manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, supervise work, and ensure completion.
• Develop goals, control costs, monitor contractor performance, and assist in goal-setting.
• Develop and oversee budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Ensure project timelines, manage costs, and oversee procurement and maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Drive business plans, develop strategies, and support continuous improvement.
• Supervise and develop team members, promote diversity and inclusion.
