Job description

As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your role will include overseeing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating current and future projects, examining facility needs, assessing equipment requirements, identifying efficiency improvements, and ensuring the proper functioning of facility systems. You will also develop standard operating procedures and establish maintenance inspections and preventive programs.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
  • Compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other relevant criteria.
  • Eligible for bonus incentives

Essential Functions:

  • Manage sustainability initiatives to ensure EPA compliance, including project review and vendor coordination.
  • Lead complex projects, prioritize tasks, supervise work, and ensure completion.
  • Oversee regional operations, develop goals, control costs, monitor contractor performance, and assist in district goal-setting.
  • Develop and manage budgets, approve expenditures, and evaluate ROI.
  • Ensure project timelines, manage costs, and coordinate changes.
  • Maintain department budgets, analyze data, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Drive business plans, develop teams, and promote company values and ethics.
