As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your role will involve overseeing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. Your responsibilities include evaluating current and future projects, examining facility needs, evaluating equipment needs, identifying equipment to increase efficiency, directing temperature adjustments, analyzing systems and load requirements to determine energy-saving modes, evaluating airflow and humidity needs, ensuring the proper functioning of facility systems, developing standard operating procedures, and establishing maintenance inspections and preventive programs.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
• Compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee sustainability initiatives to meet EPA compliance, review project schedules, resolve vendor issues, and provide technical training.
• Manage complex projects, prioritize work, develop workforce needs, supervise and inspect work, create punch lists, and ensure completion.
• Develop goals, approve activities, control costs, monitor contractor performance, and assist in district goal-setting.
• Develop and approve budgets, evaluate ROI, manage contracts and invoices, and determine staffing needs.
• Maintain project oversight, ensure timelines, manage costs, and coordinate changes.
• Manage department budget, analyze data trends, review invoices, and develop reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and conduct inspections.
• Drive business plans, develop priorities, remove barriers, and support continuous learning.
• Supervise and develop staff, establish performance expectations, and promote diversity and inclusion.
