Base pay range

$111,192.00/yr - $138,990.00/yr

• Salary: $111,192-138,990 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team, including hiring, supervising, professional development, and offering continuous educational opportunities.
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building, and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards.
• Ensure safety needs are prioritized and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed timely; assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience, or High School Diploma/Tech Certification with 8+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree.
