Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance operations and oversee facilities equipment.
• Hire, supervise, and develop the maintenance team and provide continuous educational opportunities.
• Ensure safety needs are prioritized and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Oversee service calls and machine repairs, assisting mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain compliant stockroom with necessary consumables for the facility.
• Oversee capital equipment purchases and installation processes in the plant.
• Ensure a proactive Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Oversee onsite vendor projects.

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
