Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Kansas City is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the facility maintenance team and ensure operations meet company standards. You will hire and supervise staff, drive preventive/predictive maintenance, manage the budget, coordinate onsite vendor projects, oversee capital equipment purchases, and prioritize safety including lockout/tagout compliance.

Plastic injection molding experience is preferred, and the role requires strong leadership, problem

Job description

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience

Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility

Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.

Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects.
