Ashton North LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the facility’s equipment, building, and grounds meet company standards. The role requires overseeing budgeting, vendor projects, and service calls, while prioritizing safety and supporting Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and equipment operation.
• Familiar with safety programs and LOTO procedures.
• Experience with plastic injection molding equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects.
• Other duties as assigned
