Job summary

Software Placement Group in Kansas City, MO seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds to support consistent production uptime.

You will manage the facility maintenance team, implement a robust preventive/predictive maintenance program, and oversee safety initiatives, budgeting, and vendor projects on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility maintenance team, including hiring, supervision, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
• Ensure all equipment, buildings, and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards
• Prioritize safety across the facility and support execution of Lock Out Tag Out procedures
• Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed promptly, and assist mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• Oversee facility budgeting and champion efforts to reduce losses through breakdown analysis
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Ensure an effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program is in place
• Oversee all onsite vendor projects
• Manage all maintenance operations and facilities equipment
• Manage new capital equipment purchase and installation processes in the plant
• Perform other duties as assigned
