Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the facility maintenance team, including hiring and professional development.
• Ensure equipment, building, and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards.
• Apply plastic injection molding experience to maintenance activities.
• Prioritize safety, and support Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Coordinate service calls, machine repairs, and troubleshooting with mechanics.
• Oversee budgeting and drive loss reduction through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain a compliant stockroom for necessary consumables.
• Implement and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Oversee all on-site vendor projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects.
• Other duties as assigned
