• Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assist mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables
• Ensure an effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program
• Oversee all onsite vendor projects
• Other duties as assigned

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
