Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team in our Missouri plant, ensuring equipment, buildings, and grounds meet high company standards. You will prioritize safety, manage service calls, and coordinate budgeting and vendor projects.

The role requires hands-on management of preventive maintenance, capital equipment installation, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities maintenance team including hiring and development.
• Experience with safety programs and LOTO compliance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and capital equipment projects.

Job description

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Other duties as assigned

Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience

Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.

Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects.
