Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure all equipment, buildings, and grounds operate to company standards. The role requires plastic injection molding experience, LO TO compliance, and strong budgeting acumen.

You will manage service calls, assist mechanics with troubleshooting, and oversee preventive maintenance and vendor projects to keep the plant running smoothly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and all facility equipment.
• Hire, supervise and develop facilities staff and technicians.
• Manage capital equipment purchases and installation processes.
• Implement and drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee on-site vendor projects and service contracts.
• Coordinate budgeting and drive loss reduction from breakdown analyses.

Job description

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects.
• Other duties as assigned
