Job summary

Automation Displays, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead daily upkeep, safety, and reliability of our facilities, grounds, and equipment.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and contractor work to keep our manufacturing environment running smoothly. The role requires hands‑on leadership, a focus on cost efficiency, and comfort with building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and facility service providers.
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily maintenance and upkeep of company buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Coordinate cleaning, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, waste removal, and other facility services.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and building systems.
  • Coordinate equipment and facility repairs, utilizing outside contractors when appropriate.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, fire protection, and other building systems.
  • Monitor equipment reliability and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Manage contractors and service providers, including scheduling, quality, cost, and follow-up.
  • Maintain maintenance records, inspections, warranties, and service documentation.
  • Manage maintenance supplies, tools, spare parts, and facility inventory.
  • Coordinate required facility, equipment, fire, and safety inspections.
  • Support equipment installations, facility modifications, and improvement projects.
  • Assist with facility and maintenance budgeting and capital planning.
  • Respond to urgent equipment or facility issues as necessary.

Position Summary

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance, upkeep, safety, appearance, and reliability of company facilities, grounds, and equipment.
