Home Market Foods is seeking an Associate Director of Maintenance & Facilities in Norwood, MA to lead maintenance strategy and drive world-class manufacturing performance. You will shape plant strategy, develop high-performing teams, and invest in reliability initiatives to improve production and quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety leaders, along with capital planning and asset lifecycle management to enable growth and continuous

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, planning activities, and technical projects.
• Strong experience utilizing CMMS systems, predictive maintenance technologies, and maintenance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance strategy and execution to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Champion preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Improve downtime, uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to support current production needs and future growth.
• Leverage maintenance data and analytics to drive informed decisions.
