BH Management, LLC in Oviedo, FL is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance and repair work across our properties. You will prepare schedules, assign tasks to the maintenance team, and partner with the Community Manager to ensure timely, quality service.

You’ll ensure safety training, monitor budgets, maintain tools, and uphold OSHA compliance while providing excellent resident service. A four-year track record in maintenance and the required EPA Core, Type I/II, and CPO

Formación

• 4+ years progressively responsible maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC, and CPO certifications required.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare work schedules and assign maintenance tasks.
• Oversee safety training and audits for maintenance staff.
• Inspect property and grounds for repairs and safety hazards.
• Ensure repairs and renovations meet company standards and budgets.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain high service levels.
