Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Fallon, NV to lead the scheduling of maintenance, manage inventory, oversee contract labor, and guide maintenance staff. The role involves project research, employee management, and adherence to safety standards to ensure reliable plant operations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, 3+ years in plant maintenance, and a solid grasp of compliance and safety processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 3 years plant maintenance experience in areas such as preventative maintenance, installations, welding, electrical, pipefitting, heavy equipment mechanics, hydraulics, I&E and/or planning.
• Inventory and purchase ordering experience.
• Familiar with compliance and regulations.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance items and oversee maintenance work orders.
• Oversee inventory and manage parts/materials.
• Supervise contract labor and maintenance staff.
• Manage personnel-related functions (hiring, performance, evaluations).
• Research and manage projects and plant improvements.
• Ensure work complies with Health & Safety standards and SOPs.
• Oversee contractors and provide guidance on complex maintenance tasks.
