Job summary

You will lead preventive maintenance, manage the custodial team, own spare parts, and drive safety-first behaviors in a climate-controlled environment, collaborating across departments to meet service level goals and support OpEx and capital budgeting. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and on-call capability;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience leading facility maintenance and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facility maintenance for building structure and equipment.
• Design and administer preventive maintenance programs.
• Direct custodial team activities and standards.
• Own spare parts inventory for facility assets.
• Uphold OSHA compliance and climate control performance.
• Collaborate across departments on cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical repairs when needed.
