Job summary

ALS Limited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building, mechanical, and equipment maintenance. You will supervise the maintenance department, assist trades, and manage contractor relationships while ensuring safety standards across the site in Nevada.

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience or technical training, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. You will handle budgeting, procurement, and record-keeping for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' experience with performing building/mechanical/equipment repairs and maintenance or completion of formal training from a technical institution.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history (abstract required).
• Forklift certificate or experience will be considered an asset (full training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist trades and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers, vet costs and performance.
• Supervise facility and maintenance projects and coordinate supplies.
• Operate forklift to move materials and dump garbage.
• Read and interpret blueprints or structural drawings as needed.
• Perform minor unsupervised building repairs and mechanical work.
• Ensure safety regulations and ALS policies are followed.
