Chapman Automotive Group in Tucson is seeking a dependable Facilities Management Professional to support the maintenance, safety, appearance and overall operation of our dealership facilities throughout the Tucson area. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving our facility’s operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

• Previous experience in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors and outside service providers is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of dealership facilities.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and special projects.
• Monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other facility equipment.
• Maintain records related to repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, and vendor services.
• Travel between Tucson-area dealership locations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with dealership management to minimize disruption to business operations.
