Job summary

Chapman Automotive Group is seeking a dependable Facilities Management Professional to support maintenance, safety, appearance, and operations of dealership facilities across the Tucson area. You will inspect facilities, coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and maintain records to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.

The role blends hands-on work with project coordination, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or property maintenance preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors and outside service providers.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Tucson locations.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of dealership facilities.
• Perform routine facility inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or repair concerns.
• Coordinate and/or perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to facility-related service requests and prioritize work based on urgency.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and special projects.
• Assist with obtaining bids, scheduling vendors, and monitoring work to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other facility equipment.
• Help maintain dealership grounds, parking areas, exterior lighting, signage, and overall property appearance.
• Support facility improvement, renovation, and special projects.
• Maintain records related to repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Identify safety hazards and take appropriate steps to address or report concerns.
• Assist with emergency facility issues as needed.
• Work collaboratively with dealership management and other departments to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Provide direction and oversight to facilities personnel and help establish priorities, schedules, and expectations.
