Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) in Surprise, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians and Housekeepers, oversee hands-on maintenance across buildings, and protect community value with inspections and repairs.

The role includes on-call rotation, scheduling, safety compliance and training. Requires 3+ years in maintenance roles plus 1 year in a leadership capacity, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to protect community value and safety.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and related systems.
• Manage Make-Ready/Turn Board and daily apartment inventories.
• Schedule contractors and vendors; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, inspections and logs.
