Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance or construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license required in the state.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and completing repairs in resident rooms and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine upkeep.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Support maintenance director as needed.
