• Experience leading a facilities maintenance team.

• Experience with plastic injection molding equipment is preferred.

• Lead and develop the facilities maintenance team, including hiring and supervision.
• Ensure equipment, building and grounds are maintained to company standards.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and production downtime reduction.
• Manage facility budgeting and oversee vendor projects.
• Coordinate service calls and machine troubleshooting with mechanics.
