Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in electrical, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and blueprints.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing a maintenance team.
• Experience with CMMS is a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet customer requirements during production operations.
• Supervise production associates and enforce quality standards with proper recordkeeping.
• Provide training on processes, procedures, and quality controls.
• Enforce safety and quality programs in the facility.
• Monitor plant equipment and systems to anticipate issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Prioritize work orders and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules are followed and provide training as needed.
• Source parts for planned and emergency maintenance.
• Communicate procedures and safety requirements to operators and maintenance staff.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and non-conformities, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support groups to secure necessary resources.
• Promote high standards through personal example.
