Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the facility maintenance team, drive reliability and oversee daily operations in our Kansas City plant.

The role requires plastic injection molding experience, a strong safety focus with LOTO, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and hands-on supervision of technicians. You will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee capital equipment purchases, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a facilities maintenance team, hiring and development.
• Plastic injection molding experience is required.
• Strong safety focus and LOTO program support.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost reduction through breakdown analysis.
• Experience coordinating vendor projects and capital equipment purchases.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance operations and supervise the team.
• Ensure equipment, building and grounds are maintained to standards.
• Oversee stockroom operations and ensure consumables.
• Coordinate service calls and machine repairs; assist with troubleshooting.
• Prioritize safety in all activities.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Manage onsite vendor projects and capital equipment installation.
