Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and curb appeal. You will manage unit turns, system repairs, vendor coordination, and a team under site leadership.

You will drive maintenance standards, schedule preventive tasks, and enforce regulatory compliance while coordinating with the Property Manager on budgets and long-term plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Trade certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and resolve work orders.
• Oversee inspection/maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor staff workloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance and janitorial staff with the Property Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor performance and contracts.
