Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance program in Gary, Indiana. You will oversee night-to-day operations, prioritize work orders, and ensure high standards of upkeep and safety through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school certs in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and resolve work orders promptly.
• Oversee inspection and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and vendors; manage on-call schedules.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure safety compliance.
