Qualifications

• CAMT certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure timely work orders and unit turns.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems maintenance.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; develop on-call schedules for 24/7 coverage.
• Source and manage vendors for contracts and capital projects.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage inventories.
