Responsibilities

• Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff and technicians.
• Maintain all critical equipment with minimal downtime; measure by downtime hours and response time.
• Develop structured PM programs with equipment lists, schedules, and checklists.
