Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Preventative Maintenance operations and staff, ensuring high standards of guest service. You will lead a team, coordinate work orders, and promote safety and efficiency across building systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of facilities maintenance experience with 2 years in a supervisory role, and the ability to obtain a Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years in facilities maintenance and 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Must possess a valid trade license relevant to the position.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technical personnel up to licensed trades technicians.
• Ensures workplace safety and OSHA standards compliance.
• Responds to emergencies to resolve safety concerns.
• Maintains and inspects electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Coordinates and assigns work orders and monitors progress.
• Records activities and maintains PM documentation per SOPs.
• Trains and evaluates new staff and conducts performance reviews.
