Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver timely repairs and preventive maintenance across client facilities. The role requires hands-on work across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and related trades.

You will perform basic PMs, repairs per work orders, document activities in CMMS, and coordinate with safety training. A high school diploma and 2–5 years of mechanical experience are expected, with a valid driver’s license and ability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent two-year college or technical trade school.
• Two to five years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions including safety policies and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and to present information in small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems.
• Performs routine painting, carpentry work to maintain facilities.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements.
• Completes service inspections and CMMS asset inspections; submits tickets.
• Documents work and time with photographs in CMMS.
