Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of associates in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, beverage department, power industrial equipment, and security.
• Reviews, coaches, and develops the maintenance associates.
• Monitors work, adherence to policy and safety requirements; issues discipline when necessary.
• Maintains associate relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure upgrades and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Assists with developing business relationships to ensure communication and efficient operations with third-party vendors.
