Qualifications

• 5-7 years of facilities management with a focus in maintenance.
• CMMS experience is a plus.
• Strong technical and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5+ maintenance technicians and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate maintenance programs, schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
• Oversee outsourced vendors and ensure work meets standards and timelines.
• Manage CMMS data, work orders and asset tracking.
