Job summary

The YMCA of Snohomish County is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to manage daily facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and asset management across multiple sites. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safe operation of HVAC, pool, and bus fleet systems.

Applicants should have extensive building operations knowledge, the ability to lead teams, and experience reading blueprints and manuals.

Qualifications

• Five plus years maintenance experience in commercial building operations.
• Ability to lead and train others within the trade group of facility maintenance.
• Able to work effectively with the public, membership and staff.
• Capable of coordinating with outside contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance duties and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure operation of mechanical systems and bus fleet.
• Oversee contracted services for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with budget planning for preventive maintenance.
