Job summary

The Two Rivers YMCA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker for a full-time day shift (35-40 hours per week). The role involves upkeep of multiple YMCA facilities, use of hand and power tools, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of maintenance experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites are important.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures; ability to write routine reports.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics and pool-related equipment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Buildings & Grounds for multiple YMCA branches.
• Mow, weed eat, snow removal, salting; repair building and equipment; paint; monitor water quality of aquatic fixtures.
• Coordinate with contractors and track maintenance schedules; set up rooms for activities; maintain records.
