Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate general maintenance to all KKI properties, including plumbing, painting, ceiling tiles, and related tasks.
• Manage, monitor and troubleshoot HVACR maintenance.
• Assist the Electrical and Maintenance Supervisor with cost estimates for designated work.
• Maintain valve charts for all systems (sprinklers, chilled water, steam).
• Lead a team of contractors to ensure work meets building codes and standards.
